INTEGRIS Health has agreed to become part of Riant Health, a nonprofit organization, the Oklahoma Insurance Department announced.

For patients, the transaction will not affect current insurance coverage or existing network agreements between INTEGRIS and insurance carriers. The health system will continue operating under its current name and leadership.

The agreement is pending regulatory approval. The Oklahoma Insurance Department, which does not have regulatory authority over transactions between health systems, said it remains available to assist consumers with insurance coverage questions.
