Dutchess County Drug Task Force agents arrested Schuyler Houis, 40, on charges related to narcotics sales in the Town of Northeast near the Connecticut border, the District Attorney's Office announced.

Task Force agents identified Houis and his residence after learning of significant drug activity in the area. The agents then purchased fentanyl and crack cocaine from Houis on multiple occasions, according to the District Attorney.

The investigation determined that Houis was bringing narcotics from Waterbury, Connecticut to New York and selling them to residents. A search warrant was issued for Houis and his residence.
