The U.S. Postal Service Office of Inspector General released the fourth volume of its semiannual audit series examining the Delivering for America plan, a 10-year strategy introduced in 2021 to improve USPS's financial stability while maintaining service standards.

The report examined the agency's progress on 13 initiatives across four areas: financial performance, service, network integration, and post office and product modernization. While the Postal Service has advanced some strategic initiatives, such as moving toward a more integrated network, other initiatives have progressed more slowly or gone through multiple iterations, according to the OIG.
