The arrested individuals include Cheng Hin Saephan of Laos, convicted of five counts of sexual intercourse with a minor under 16 in Redding, California; Genaro Sanchez-Acosta of Mexico, convicted of home invasion and sex offense with a helpless or impaired individual in Baltimore, Maryland; and Alfredo Chavez Madero of Mexico, convicted of transportation of material involving sexual exploitation of minors in Irving, Texas.

Also arrested were Salem Ait-Abdellah of Algeria, convicted of assault, perjury, and burglary in New York, and Esteban Gaspar-Velasco of Mexico, convicted of felonious assault and trespass in a habitation in Franklin County, Ohio.
