Morgan Stanley Services Group is establishing a new U.S. hub in Dallas with a $684 million capital investment that will create more than 3,800 jobs, Governor Greg Abbott announced.

The state extended a Texas Enterprise Fund grant of $43,849,500 and a Veteran Created Job Bonus of $40,000 to support the expansion.

According to Morgan Stanley executives, the Dallas hub will serve as a strategic location for the firm to serve clients and attract talent.

Dallas Mayor Eric L. Johnson said the investment reflects what the city has built: a business-friendly environment where major companies can invest and grow.
