The Marin County Probation Department and Sheriff's Office conducted a DUI compliance operation on September 18 to ensure individuals supervised on probation were following the terms of their release.

The operation resulted in no arrests and three violations, including possession of vehicle keys and failure to have a required ignition interlock device installed in a vehicle.

Officers identified 35 individuals for contact and completed 26 field contacts. They conducted 27 chemical tests and made 28 searches. No drug-related violations were identified.

According to the Probation Department, the operation reinforces accountability and helps reduce recidivism among individuals on supervised probation.
