The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission has launched an online portal for organizations, schools, and community groups to request the agency's participation in public events. The centralized system accepts requests for FWC speakers, educational exhibits, outreach activities, and other forms of event participation.

Event organizers can submit details about their events, including dates, locations, audience information, and requested topics. FWC staff reviews submissions and evaluates them based on staff availability, resources, and alignment with the agency's mission and outreach priorities.

After submitting a request, organizers receive confirmation that it has been received and is under review, with additional notifications provided throughout the review process. The FWC encourages event organizers to submit requests as early as possible to allow time for review and coordination. Organizations can access the portal at MyFWC.com/Contact/Event.
