U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on August 19 arrested multiple individuals convicted of serious crimes including murder, armed robbery, assault, and driving while intoxicated, the Department of Homeland Security said. The agency said it continues to focus enforcement on what it calls "the worst of the worst" criminal offenders.
Those arrested included Tho Van Huynh, convicted for murder and armed robbery in Hall County, Georgia; Victor Manuel Cervantes-Santillanes, convicted for second-degree murder, attempted murder, and firearm offenses in Indian Springs, Nevada; and Phai You, convicted for second-degree murder and possession of a firearm in Burlington, Massachusetts.
Additional arrests included Michael Cousins, convicted for manslaughter in White Plains, New York, and Gerardo Madrid, convicted for cocaine possession, assault, fraud, illegal reentry, and two counts of driving while intoxicated in Coleman County, Texas.
