U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested five criminal defendants with serious convictions, the Department of Homeland Security announced.

The arrested individuals include: Dilio Otoniel Garcia-Rosel, a national of Honduras convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse in Cook County, Illinois; Dennis Samir Moncada-Castillo, a national of Honduras convicted of aggravated sexual battery and related sex offenses in Fairfax, Virginia; Saul Cedillo-Cedillo, a national of Mexico convicted of lewd acts upon a child in San Diego, California; Jabo Noi, a national of Laos convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and failure to register as a predatory offender in Rochester, Minnesota; and Francisco Javier Garcia-Castillo, a national of Mexico convicted of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, concealing stolen property, and illegal reentry in Harlingen, Texas.
