U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced arrests of five individuals with criminal convictions, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
The individuals arrested included: Ervin Jose Diaz-Gramajo, from Guatemala, previously convicted of ten counts of sexual assault—carnal knowledge of children aged 13–14 in Accomack County, Virginia; Giuber Johan Rodriguez-Antunez, from Honduras, convicted of sexual assault of a child in Houston, Texas; Kevin David Barron-Esqueda, from Mexico, convicted of forcible sexual abuse in Provo, Utah; Elvis Vargas-Murillo, from Mexico, convicted of fraud, cocaine possession, parole violation, and illegal re-entry in U.S. District Court of Arizona; and Ramona Del Rosario Silva-Gacitua, from Chile, convicted of grand theft, conspiracy to commit burglary, and theft by forgery in Ventura, California.
