Cole Phelpsto the District Court for Judicial District 2, Beaufort, Hyde, Martin, Tyrrell, and Washington counties.
Phelps is filling the vacancy created after the Honorable Regina Parker was appointed Superior Court judge.
Phelps is the founder and managing partner at The Law Office of D.
Cole Phelps, PLLC. He also serves as legal counsel for the Town of Robersonville.
He received his Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University and his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law.
